Study On The Management Of Volunteer Service Projects In Large Sports Events

As a new type of urban economic and cultural activities,major sports events play an increasingly important role during the rapid development of city.Volunteers,as a special kind of human resources,are willing to sacrifice and flexible,and they are also important in major sports events.With the development of major sports events,the scale of voluntary service has been expanding,and voluntary service has gradually evolved from individual behavior to an organizational action mode.As a result,the management of volunteer service project has gradually become an important part of the management and service system of major sports events,which is crucial for the success of major sports events.This paper focuses on the construction of the management mode of the volunteer service project for major sports events,and puts emphasis on the exploration,planning,execution and closure of the volunteer service project.For the process of exploration and planning,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the key elements in the early stage of volunteer service project management from the aspects of overall goal design,process analysis,project planning and volunteer recruitment and training.Especially for project planning,this paper makes a further detailed study and summarizes it into three aspects: goal confirmation,task decommission and schedule planning.For the process of project execution and closure,this paper discusses project execution,project evaluation,project risk management and guarantee and incentive.Taking the volunteer service project of the 2019 Xuzhou International Marathon as an example,this paper conducts a practical study on the management of the volunteer service project of major sports events.The author selected project management theory and human resource management theory as a guidance to carry out scientific management on the recruitment,training,implementation,incentive and guarantee and risk management of volunteers for the 2019 Xuzhou International Marathon.In the planning stage of the project,it is necessary to carefully plan the personnel and post connection.According to the distribution of route,directional service posts should be set up in the nearby universities scientifically to lay a foundation for the high-quality development of the project.When it comes to the command structure design,it is required to build a dual guarantee system composed of liaison officers from Xuzhou communist youth league committee and teachers from college youth league committee,so as to build a platform for the efficient and reliable operation of the project.During the implementation of the project,it is necessary to carefully manage the progress,specify the staff's arrival time and job requirements,select and assign college teachers for whole-process tracking service,to ensure the full coverage of service posts,the timely completion of the project,and sufficient guarantee and incentive of volunteers.There are 26 graphs,23 tables and 82 references in this paper.
