| In response to the national sports strategy and the tide of national fitness,large-scale sports events have been launched in Xi’an.Xi’an Marathon stands out,running four years to become Shaanxi Province and even the country’s top high-level gold medal event.Marathon provides service-oriented sports products,which is large in scale and large in demand of volunteers,and has high requirements for staff and volunteers.Therefore,this study takes Xi’an Marathon as an example,deeply analyzes the present situation of Xima voluntary service,analyzes its strengths and weaknesses,and "takes its essence and dregs" to provide experience and reference for other large-scale sports events in Xi’ an.Based on the research of scholars,through questionnaire survey,interview method and mathematical statistics method,this study deeply studied the volunteer service of Xi’an Marathon and docked with Xi’ an large-scale sports events.The results are as follows:1.Xi’an Marathon has become one of the best gold marathons in the country.Its particularity determines its development advantage,gets the government’s strong support,and Xi’ an colleges and universities stand unique volunteer resources.2.Xi’an Marathon volunteers’ age structure is younger and coincides with the vitality of sports events.To college students volunteers,so the overall cultural level of volunteers is also relatively high.Xi’an Marathon recruitment,training,volunteer use,rights and interests protection,incentive methods to a certain extent formed their own model.3.Xi’an process of Xi’ an Marathon,there are still some problems that need to be solved and optimized,such as single recruitment channel,perfect training process,unreasonable use of volunteers,imperfect protection rights and interests of volunteers,inadequate incentive methods,non-standard organization and management,and weak consciousness of volunteer service.4.The main influencing factors of volunteer service in Xi’an Marathon are policy and regulation,social environment,volunteer organization and individual volunteer.Social environmental factors affect volunteer service most significantly,and the relationship between social environmental factors and policy and regulation factors is the strongest.Therefore,the substantive means of creating social atmosphere can not only be carried out from popularizing voluntary culture and strengthening voluntary service education,but also from the relevant policies and regulations of volunteers.5.According to the analysis of the present situation,advantages and disadvantages,existing problems and influencing factors of the volunteer service process of Xi’an Marathon,5.,the countermeasures for the development of Xi’ an large-scale sports events can be optimized by optimizing the volunteer organization structure,strengthening the volunteer organization construction,complying with the relevant policies and regulations,perfecting the volunteer safeguard measures,strengthening the volunteer organization construction of Xi’an sports events,the service consciousness and creating the volunteer cultural atmosphere. |
