Research On Venture Risk Evaluation System And Model About Home-Going Peasant-Workers

However, coexistence of benefits and risks, entrepreneurs in the venture process are subjected by various risk factors, therefore the risk assessment in the venture is become very necessary and important. At present about entrepreneurship risk assessment system and method is numerous, but most scholars to entrepreneurship risk assessment mainly concentrated on the study about high-tech investment venture risk, to small and medium-sized enterprise undertaking risk assessment the research are not many, especially for Home-going peasant-workers, about this special group of entrepreneurial risk are extremely rare, there is no establishment of an effective, targeted assessment of systems and methods. Thus, strengthening the research of Home-going Peasant-workers undertaking risk assessment becomes very necessary.In this paper, Based on the definition of the return of migrant workers, business risk and other related concepts, take the hypothesis of rational people, risk-benefit theory and other theories as the guide, through literature research, investigation method and a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, according to the relevant principles of design the return of migrant workers'venture risk assessment system, the main sources of risk factors is divided into six areas: manage risk, financial risk, environmental risk, market risk, technology risk and production risk venture as migrant workers venture assessment's key indicators, based on this, Introduced the logistic model to assess home-going peasant-workers venture risk, the results showed that migrant workers return business risk mainly comes from: Manager's ability, the stability of venture, exit barriers, liquidity risk, financing ability, government policy support, the macroeconomic environment, the competition of product market and worker risk. And according to the model results puts forward that: Strengthen and improve the existing migrant workers returning home business training and mentoring system, formulate safety exit strategies, strengthen the ability venture capital financing return of migrant workers and government policy support and other relevant countermeasures.
