Research On Management Mechanism Of Information System In Armed Police Force

Recently, under the principle of"building a modernized armed police force, and performing the duties efficiently,"the armed police force is devoted in the development of information system for the purpose to enhance the overall construction standard of armed police force. While facing the problems of the imbalanced development between the information system and management system, as well as the lack of supporting mechanisms, it is essential for the information system to build up management mechanisms in the fields of scientific decision, benefit evaluation, personnel training, maintenance, inspection, and material supporting. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the armed police force's information system, this treatise combined practical experience to establish institutionalized and standardized management mechanisms, which provides valuable consultations for the sustained and coordinated development of the information system.Firstly, this treatise conducted research about social information system, and military information. To explain the importance of building up management mechanisms in information system, the treatise analyzed the current situation of the information system from different dimensions such as the information system framework, top-level design of the information system, information resource management, the operation of the system, and the material supporting of the system. Secondly, according to the research in features, construction mode, supervision mode, operation mode, and equipment support mode of the information system, the treatise combined theory of system management and procedure management. It illustrated the principle and the foundation of the information system management mechanisms of the armed police force.Thirdly, the treatise conducted in-depth study in five major mechanisms which are scientific decision, operation management, benefit evaluation, inspection, and material supporting, which formed the basic framework of the armed police force's information system. In the mean time, it combined the practical experience to further demonstrate the how the information system solved underlying problems in the information system.Lastly, the treatise discussed from four perspectives which are strengthening organization, increasing theory study, accelerating personnel construction, and improving legislative progression of the information system, to demonstrate how to guarantee the construction of the information system of the armed police force.
