Study In Problem Of Armed Police Forces Information Security Management

With the acceleration of information construct in armed police force, it is more difficult to sustain the safe of the information of armed police force, the problem of information secret-keeping is urgent. How to grasp the characteristics of information secrete management in new situation, to construct a new kind of model which technique management and legal norm management can match each other, to perform the duty of information secrete-keeping perfectly, are key topics in front of us. Recently years, armed police force explored to the management if information secrete-keeping and got some practical experiences as well as information construction, but many works are under explore, some experiences are not mature, concord or high-efficient, a soundly information secret-keeping management mechanism and system of armed police force has not yet established.In order to supplement and perfect the theory study to information secret-keeping management, enhance its legalization, scientific and standardization , this thesis takes management of information secret-keeping as study object, on the basis of public management's theory on information secret-keeping, through use China and oversea 's experiences and practices as reference, unit the characteristics of armed police force, put forward a suggestion to perfect the management of information secret-keeping from three aspects which are construction of ideology, system and technique.
