Cell Phone Information To Force The Influence Of Education Management And Countermeasures Research

The handset information which is honored as“the fifth media”is one of the most widespread ways of information dissemination and interpersonal communication in modern society. And also cell phone short message has represented the wireless medium harbinger, fused paper medium’s writing and internet’s interaction, simultaneously has the characteristics of migration, initiative and the immediate. Along with the progress of the society, the development of the technical and the improvement of the life, the number of cell phone ownership assumes the trend of escalation year by year in the army officers and soldiers. As a result, cell phone short message enrich officers’and soldiers’information space unceasingly. It’s widely used for noticing the matter, transmitting message between colleagues and exchanging emotion in comrades. By its characteristics of convenience, privacy and cheapness, SMS which has played an important role of army construction and the officers’and soldiers work, study, life and communication has been winning the officers and soldier ears. Out of question the handset information also has caused many new problems such as virus manufacture, cheating, political joke transmission, pornography violence information and so on, which have caused part of officers’and soldiers’morals consciousness to downplay, the standard of value to lose and the psychological barrier to increase. All of these have brought new situation and presented new challenges for the education management of the armed forces under new style. Because we cannot survive without the handset message, no matter how many questions SMS has brought to us, we must face and try to solve, the army included. Based on this kind of consideration, the paper studies the influence and countermeasure of SMS to the education administration of the armed forces. Firstly, the paper analyses the present situation of using SMS between the police officers and soldiers by questionnaire form and deeply discusses and analyses the main problems and deep level reasons of influences of sending harmful information to the army education management and the officers and soldiers’growth and progress. Secondly, on account of the actual situation of short research on governing harmful messages in officers and soldiers, this text proposes concrete countermeasure to solve the problem supervised by the scientific development and human centered concept. Thirdly, take one detachment of the armed police force as example, the article proposes strategies to deal with and analyses its effect which proves the accuracy, usability and validity of the countermeasure to govern bad handset information.
