Intelligent Document Processing System Of Armed Police Forces Based On Web

With the requirement "Chinese Dream,Strong Military Dream" put forward by President Xi Jinping,military reform and development are changing with each passing day.The pace of information construction of the armed forces has been advancing,and the diversification of information technology has been paid more and more attention by our country and the armed forces.The traditional office model has difficulties in coordinating between departments,uploading and noticing smoothly and so on.Cause each department communication is not smooth,task to complete,such as not timely.Therefore,it is an urgent task to improve the working efficiency of the military documents,standardize the official documents procedures and upgrade the level of handling official documents.In order to solve the problems existed in the daily document processing,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the daily document processes of the Armed Police Force Units,analyzes the standardization and regularization of the workflow procedures,and designs a document processing system for Daily Armed Police Force based on Web according to the ASP.NET and SQL Server database.The system has some main features:First,the application of the new document processing model is in line with the Armed Police Force daily document processing of the regularization and efficient management needs,which is beneficial to the processing of automated processing and regular management.And the application,approval,archiving and other automated circulation procedures will be further resolved;Second,to achieve different departments' staffs to work together on the same platform;Third,According to related provisions of the People's Republic of China Electronic Signature Law,issued electronic signature chapter guarantees the formation of the official electronic documents administrated and archived.In a word,through testing the system,it actually improved the working efficiency and the standard level,in addition,it has significant meanings on enhancing the combat effectiveness of the troops.
