This article mainly makes a research on the theme, topic and form ofpolitical participation by microblog.We will divide the subject to the internal political participation with thegovernments and officials as its main body and the external one with mainparts of eminent persons,opinion leaders and grassroot users.We will clear up the topic to attention to the social emergencies,supervision to the public authority, promotion to the social just and public rights,worrying and yelling for the social morality and integrity, and deliberation of thesocial deep-seated contradiction and the national political fate, etc. The twotypical examples of microblog in NPC and CPPCC and Yihuang incident arealso used in this article to confirm and summarize the main ways of participationfor the superincumbent official microblog political asking and the publicmicroblog circuseeing from bottom to top. At the same time, microblog is rapidlyinfluencing and changing the global political environment. From the microblogadministration around the world to the Iran Election disturbance, Arab Spring,London Riot and Wall Street occupying movement, microblog may has not onlypromoted the political development, but also it will trigger tremendous politicalrisks.Above all these, we should look upon the relationship of microblog andpublic political participation dialectically, construct and consolidate an actualenvironment and scale which is suitable for the microblog development, whichis also well received by all parts.
