Research On Community Safety Of Urban-Rural Fringe In Beijing

In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization in Beijing, a large amount of floating population gathered in urban and rural areas, which makes community unsafe factors increased, and also brings new management problems, especially the traditional management mode of community and the urban-rural household registration system no longer meets the present situation that floating population highly gathered in Urban-Rural fringe. Urban-Rural fringe became incidence zone of social events and safety accident, all of these needs to establish a set of safety evaluation standard of Urban-Rural fringe community to guide the job of community safety management.The article takes Urban-Rural fringe containing many safety problems as the research object. Firstly the article concluded main security problems of Urban-Rural fringe community by on-the-spot investigation, and mainly through the way of questionnaire survey and expert consultation, analyzed the key factors of influencing community safety. Secondly, in considering the particularity Urban-Rural fringe, and based on the public safety assessment practice of community and foreign security community to select the evaluation index closely related with community safety, preliminarily established a set of public safety evaluation index system for Urban-Rural fringe community, and constructed evaluation model of Urban-Rural fringe public security of community by using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, according to empirical research about Urban-Rural fringe community, primarily making the evaluation index system and the model practicality and operability, and through the results of empirical research, concluding that the main influence factors of community safety, and regard it as future community improved basis for safety management work.The constructed evaluation index system of public safety for Urban-Rural fringe community in Beijing, which makes community safety more controllable in Urban-Rural fringe community in Beijing, and it has certain theoretical and realistic significance for construction of community safety.
