Thirdly, analyzing the urban and rural social security problems and reasons in the construction of harmonious society. Mainly from the concept of urban and rural social security system barriers and obstacles, economic difficulties and managerial dilemma four aspects are analyzed, and the analysis of the reasons of the problems from these four aspects.
