Play The Main Role Of Farmers In The New Rural Civic Morality

The report of the Seventeenth National congress of our Party clearly pointed out, Building a new socialist countryside must "cultivate with knowledge, farming technique and management of new farmers, exert the principal role of hundreds of millions of peasants to building a new countryside. " As an important aspect of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, Building of citizen morality also is a very important element construction of new socialist countryside. Morality construction as an indispensable spiritual power, Its effectiveness to a great extent determine if "the four civilizations" in the construction of new countryside, can coordinate development. But at present, the rural civic morality are still facing serious lack of subjectivity---the blind attachment, look up the authority, a weak powers and responsibilities awareness, the features of the "peasant morality" still widespread. The main role of the majority of farmers has not been fully realized. This has seriously hindered the pace of civic morality in building of new countryside in China. Therefore, we must realize changes from the "moral peasant" to "civic virtue", cultivate modern farmers with a new citizen consciousness, play the new main role of the rural farmers in civic morality, so as to promote the construction of a new moral health of rural citizens development.Overall this paper discusses the three parts (four chapters), namely, introduction, body (including three chapters) and the conclusion part. From the analysis of current situation of moral construction, Depth Profiling the reasons of Moral subjectivity plight (Farmers lack the sense and capacity of rational participation, poor awareness of responsibility and legal awareness)in new rural construction, on this basis, putting forward " three changes "(from the "Farmer" to citizens, from the "village community" to "civil society "and from" moral peasant "to" civic virtue ") and playing the main role of farmers in the moral construction of new rural, discouraging new rural citizens trying to break the moral construction of a major problem, to promote the new rural development of civic morality.First, the introduction part:mainly proposed new research problems, reviewed status of recent studies, defined research significance and summarized the main contents of this paper and the research methods used.Second, the main part:the part is the core of this thesis, there are three chapters. The main reason why Moral construction of new countryside has missed is farmers do not have established the modern concept of civic moral, the spirit of modern citizens of rational sense of participation, awareness of laws and responsibilities is missing or weak. The chapter mine many reasons on lack of subjectivity in new rural moral construction and analysis the significance of the citizen spirit and determine the direction of solve problem.The fourth chapter:explore basic ways how to play farmers the main role in the new rural moral construction. Based on the status and main factors impacting on farmers, This chapter put forward the basic framework to solve the problem, namely, three transformations:from a "peasant" to the citizens, from the "village community" to civil society, from the Farmers morality "to the changes in civic virtue. The modern spirit of farmers will realize, therefore, farmers play the main role in the moral construction of new countryside.
