The first section is Introduction, Including the background and significance of thesis, the domestie and foreign correlative research achievement, innovation and the difficulties in research, research ideas and methods. The second section is theoritieal foundation, elaborates some Concept and Theory about the public policy termination and the interests of the game between governments. The third section discuss the Performance about the game of Interests between the governments in the public policy termination, it main including the game of Interests between central government and local government, the game of Interests between local governments, the game of Interests between government departments. The fourth section try to analysis the reasons about the game of Interests between the governments in the public policy termination, such as superficial reasons, underlying causes and reasons for the Chief personalized level.
