During the process of Chinese urbanization, migrant workers have played an important role in it. This group also shows some big changes, The greatest changes is the appearance of a new group. According to the surveythe"new generation"shows many differences from the old ones on the education background, living way, life value, employment attitude. , Chinese urbanization is the results of the efforts from migrant workers,At the same time , new generation migrant workers ,they work and live in the city with a very long time. they. Besides, they also imitate the way how the city citizens live .they also hope that the changes of their identity .But they never accepted by the city for the reason of household system and social system. This paper has selected Wuhan Economic Development Zone and urban village as the research object, in the form of questionnaires and interviews. Finally, to give some useful suggestions to lead a direction for the process of the migrant workers urbanization.
