| With the increasing development of social economy, the new generation of migrantworker is going to big cities as a special group and has exerted a big influence on themarket structure of the migrant worker. From the current situation, the new generation ofmigrant worker employment in China is still serious. Although the state has adopted aseries of polices and measures, the quantity and quality of their employment is notoptimistic. The pressure of the new generation of migrant worker employment will exist.Therefore, to further promote the new generation of migrant worker employment is animportant mission in maintaining the steady and healthy economic and social developmentand becoming an important issue in academic in China.This study analyzes the characteristics, approaches, and ways of the new generationof migrant worker employment through documentary research to find out the factors andproblems which affect the new generation of migrant employment. It solves theemployment by using statistics induction, comparative analysis as well as appropriatemeasures which has a great meaning for urbanization, rural modernization, the integrationof urban and rural areas, and the aim for harmonious society.In ways that solve the new generation of migrant employment, the author not onlyemphasizes adhering to the scientific concept of development and fairness and justice, thereform of household registration system and social security system, improving laws andregulations, strengthening building rights organizations, accelerating industrial upgrading,innovating business management, enhancing human capital and improving theemployment evaluation system but also put forward evaluation index system to establishharmonious employment policy which solved the current situation that formulatingrelevant policies with no qualitative evaluation system and quantitative indicators. Thissystem is a new attempt to harmonious employment research method practical andspecific. |
