Since the1990s, with the support of the authorities related, college students are engaging in building psychological organizations one after another; participating in the educative activities referring to mental health., which contributes to effect that broaden the spreading of psychology and the functioning of the self-educated and the self-serviced of college students. The practice shows that the Psychological organization has been an essential part of the Psychology education. However, as a result of a variety of reasons, the college students now can’t find their way of balance for constructing a psychological community, there are problems left so that it didn’t work out. it needs to be strengthened.In this paper, under the guidance of the CPC Central Committee on strengthening and improving the ideological political literature spirit, the integrated use of the theory of the political education, psychological and other related disciplines, based on empirical investigation in Hubei Province, part of the college students’psychological associations construction status in-depth discussion on the construction of communities of College Students’Psychological problems and Countermeasures this topic.
