Food Security Crime Control

The Safety of Food related to the vital interests of the people. Nowadays, the food safety crime becomes more and more rampant, and the means of crime is updated constantly, which caused appaling consequences that has become a problem to construct a socialist harmonious society we have to solve. There are two reasons to introduce the crime control theory to the food safety field in this essay. The first reason is based on the objective law that the food safety crime in some extent could be controlled, but could not be completely destroyed. The second reason is that all legal branches'policy has their own one-sided though to solve the harmful behavior to the food safety. The purpose of this paper is to achieve the control of food safety crime, and establish a comprehensive exploration and systematization of food safety crime control system. To comsummate the criminal law, at the same time strengthen the construction of other supporting system, in order to realize the maximization of the control effect, this is main features of this paper.The are five parts in this paper. The first part is to expound the concepts of the crime control and food safety crime control and related issues, and the food safety crime control this possibility is the focus of this section. The second part is to introduce the background of the crime control of the food safety in our country, By analyzing the food safety problems and current situation in our country, this paper focuses on the analysis of the causes of food safety crime control of practical significance. The third part is to survey the food safety crime control measures in the criminal law, and discusses the improvement measures of the eighth amendment of criminal law ". The forth part is to discuss the limitation of criminal measures of the food safety crime control. The last part is to discuss how to establish the food safety crime control system in which the criminal law as an important part of the conception in view of Chinese food safety situation, in order to adapt to the economy development and the need for social progress.
