The countries all over the world enter the aging society progressively,living out manyproblems such as retirement,soeialseeurity,old medieal treatment and so on that make more countries face the heavy social pressure.Since 2000,China formally entered the aging society. On the one hand, China's older population is growing fast, bringing the aging population on the other hand, the average life expectancy of our population continues to increase. In China, people used to describe the pension formula for four issues is very apt: 421, which refers to a child must take care of a parent and two pairs of grandparents.China's population average health status improved significantly, people not only live longer but also more long and healthy life, however, significant increase in demand for elderly care. The 1970s, Western countries on the establishment of a care insurance, its purpose is to solve the aging population and the various problems. This system has achieved good results.At present, research for nursing care insurance is not much, but not systematic.
