Impact Studies, Development Of Ethnic Village Communities Of Interest Distribution Mechanism

With the development of ethnic villages tourism, the problems of distribution of it's benefits have been drawn wide attention. Meanwhile, as the rise of the model of community participation in tourism development, community has become an important aspect of tourism planning of ethnic villages tourism and a vital main body of the distribution mechanism of tourism benefits. Therefore, the model and mechanism of benefits distribution of the community participation in tourism development has been set up. This mechanism must have an impact in the community of tourist destination. However, it is an imperative research task that how to evaluate the effect of the mechanism and form an effective mechanism in order to promote the development of community participation in tourism. Therefore, this thesis took Keyi village that has established a perfect mechanism of benefit distribution of community participation in the development of ethnic villages tourism, and set up an assessment index system of residents'perceptions towards the community impact of benefits distribution mechanism in ethnic villages tourism. Based on the index system, this impact was assessed empirically.First of all, the thesis reviewed the distribution mechanism of benefits and its impact of ethnic villages tourism, the assessment index model of residents' perceptions towards tourism impact and residents'satisfaction of ethnic villages tourism at home and abroad. Secondly, the assessment index model of residents' perception of benefits distribution mechanism of ethnic village tourism was set up hypothetically on the basis of present research results and need of this study. The model contained five dimensions:economic impact, socio-cultural impact, Subject-object relationship impact, public environment impact and community participation impact; and it included 21 index items. What's more, taking Keyi Village of Yi as a case study, data of residents'perception of distribution mechanism of tourism benefits was collected through survey. Meanwhile, some information was gotten by interview with residents. So, this thesis elaborated its process of community participation in tourism and its distribution mechanism of benefits. After that, the data were analysed by SPSS17.0, a soft of the mathematical statistics. It obtained five dimensions of the model of residents'perception toward benefits distribution mechanism impact of ethnic villages tourism by factor analysis method. And it drew conclusions that residents most strongly perceived socio-cultural impact, public environment impact and community participation impact. At the same time, residents more strongly perceived economic impact. However, it had a weak impact on subject-object relationship. What's more, it was almost consistent that community residents perceive this impact. Finally, some countermeasures were put forward to improve the distribution mechanism of benefits of community participation in tourism in Keyi village. And the limitations and future study were elaborated.
