The Thinking Of Expanding Ordered Political Participation Of New Social Stratum

The public political participation is an essential element of the modem democratic politics, and the level of the participation is an important index to evaluate the democratization of the political life in a country. Report to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out:" We must ensure that all power of the state belongs to the people, expand the citizens' orderly participation in political affairs at each level and in every field". As the product of reform and opening up, new social stratum has become the important social groups in our citizens. And more importantly, as the economic strength enhancing, their political appeals increasingly strong. How to expand their orderly political participation will become the party and government's realistic problem to be solved urgently. This paper delicately combed the development of new social stratum, and on this basis predict the future development trend for research, and make ready matting for new social strata's political participation problems.Based on the analysis dialectically and rationally of the value of the new class of political participation,Ⅰrationally analyse political participation the main characteristics and presents the main problems of society, trying to explore the path of expanding new class orderly political participation stratum, and points out that the new class need to be given not only strengthening education guidance, and continually increasing system supply, but also improve the organization construction.Only through multi-pronged approach,we can expand new stratum's orderly political participation,and surely advance socialist democracy that is full of vitality.
