Research On Emergency Capability Of Local Government Construction

At present, in the social transition and benefit pattern the significant adjustment the critical stage, unbalanced economic development, social conflicts accumulation, exposed the emergencies and frequent exists between government emergency management system of deep contradictions supply shortages. Triggered by more and more incidents affect social harmony and stability. As a national political system of local government is an important part of the social and public affairs managers, which requires local governments have the corresponding management ability and problem solving ability. The government can solve emergencies timely and effectively, measured as an important sign of the government's ability. Local government's contingency ability also decides the whole emergency work results. How to treat emergencies, enhance the ability of emergency, has become a major realistic subject.This paper aims to use macro and micro, theoretical analysis and empirical research method combining in China in recent years, this paper describes the local government in dealing with emergencies, it analyzes the progress of local government emergency dilemma.
