The Research Of Regulatory And Syetem Of Legal Of Our Food Safety

Food is the physical infrastructure for human's existence, which is the key for the progress and development of the social. The concept of food security is shifting from amount security to food quality security during the thirty years of reforming and opening. Food safety accidents is exposing frequently, which is not only making a panic and fear in the domestic, but also making much more friction in international trade. Therefore, improving food safety law system to regulate food security is needed urgently.There are lots of issues in the field of food security law, for example, lacking of systematic and coordination in the existence of legal systems, food safety standards and testing is old and unity, and food safety regulatory system which is not clear. This paper will put forward to improve our food security legal system after seeing about the system of the USA, Britain, Germany, and Japan. First, the principle of consumer interests'priority, prevention, unified coordination and management should be implemented effectively in the legislation, law enforcement and judicial process. Second, it is necessary for us to establish the system of food market access system, legal supervision from a source to the end of the stages, food recall system, and food security information dissemination system.
