| Food is the primary material for human’s survival and development， the foodsafety has the direct bearing on human’s healthy and living quality. As the stateeconomy with a high speed development the food safety problem is becomingworse，at the same time，the food safety regulation is becoming harder. At present,our country’s legal system about the food safety regulation is defective， there are alot of defects about the food safety standards, the food recall systems. There existsome problems on law enforcement of the food safety regulation. The counterfeitand shoddy products emerge in endlessly， the great food safety incidents hashappened in our country， these events have damaged the people’s primarysubstance life and influenced our government’s credibility. For this reason, itbecomes very important to perfect our country’s legal system about the food safetyregulation.Firstly, this paper will introduce the basic conception of the food safetyincluding food, food safety and the food safety regulation， and then sketch out themain body of supervision and the contents of supervision and the supervisionmethod.
