China's economy has maintained a steadily rapid development over these years, with its average annual GDP growing by ten percent, and fiscal revenue increasing significantly as well. The fields of energy, transportation, communications as well as other infrastructures have witnessed huge improvement. However, economic growth while ignoring the concept of shared social outcomes, in the urban-rural dual system under the influence of urban and rural areas an imbalance there. Urban and rural public service system of equalization problems, both theoretical and practical significance, but also full of pioneering and challenging. This paper is based on the equalization of public services on issues of concern related to public service through the analysis and application of the theory, analysis of the status of equalization of public services, the current inequality of the phenomenon of public services, mainly in basic education, social security aspects and health aspects. Because of the unequal provision of public services, leading to rural children drop out of school, poverty caused by the occurrence of such phenomena. Look for reasons under the present situation, mainly due to the state financial support for the efforts of public services in rural areas is too small, improper division of powers between levels of government, and long-term urban-rural dual structure. For various reasons, has long been China's urban and rural public services today unequal status quo.
