The intellectual outlook of Mao Zedong is one of the special and complicated issues in the phase of New Democratic Revolution and establishment of socialism of China. After the fifteenth national congress, he proposed the strategy of strengthening the nation by relying on education and talents and improved the social status and salary of intellectuals. Hence, their enthusiasm was stimulated and they work harder for socialist modernization.
