Improve Our Public Crisis Emergency Mechanism

What is more, how to consummate the public crisis emergency mechanism and dealt with these crisis event for the government is not only an urgent realistic question, but also a expression that our country government sharpens administration ability.This article first carries on the elaboration about correlation theories for the public crisis and the emergency mechanism. Then through emergency mechanism experience of the public crisis from the developed countries, it has carried on the deep level discussion to our country on present situation for emergency mechanism of current public crisis. And then, according to Wenan"6.28"event on public crisis, it's analyzed the reason why it has problems for emergency mechanism of public crisis. Finally, In view of quite prominent question, this article proposed the countermeasure for consummation emergency mechanism of public crisis. It is as follows: One is to construct perfect public emergency law system, strengthen crisis responsibility; Two is to establish the forecast and early warning mechanism, strengthen the sense of crisis; Three is the establishment of decision-making mechanism, strengthen coordination, integrate of resources effectively; Four is to establish information collection analysis and disclosure mechanism, strengthen public opinion effect; Five is the establishment of social mobilization and participation mechanism, strengthen full participation;Six is to establish the assessment and learning mechanism, absorb experience and lesson.
