Freedom is the pursuit of the beautiful ideal of human generations, but also ancient and modern thinkers, philosophers unremitting exploration an important issue. Freedom of thought has been throughout the whole development of Marxist philosophy course, has important theoretical and practical value. This first part reviews the development of Marx's Concept of Freedom context, from a theoretical level, Marx elaborated the Concept of Liberty and the Stages of the formation, so that our liberal ideas of Marx have a grasp of the system. The second part discusses the scientific content of Marx's Concept of Liberty. This part describes the practice and ways of the basis of freedom, between freedom and necessity of the unity of opposites, so that Marx's view of freedom is more realistic and specific nature. The third part of the practical significance of Marx's Concept of Liberty a comprehensive explanation. Freedom is the essence of Marx's concept of comprehensive development of human freedom, the freedom to achieve the ultimate needs of man and man, man and nature, man and society overall coordination of the development. In today's social context, we revisit Marx's freedom of thought and reflection, and fully implement the scientific development concept and building a harmonious socialist society has an important significance.
