Vocational Training Of Migrant Workers In China Problems And Solutions

China's migrant workers is an important force in industry, power, prosperity and to promote urban construction and made important contributions. But our country is facing many problems of migrant workers, including vocational training of migrant workers more and more attention from society. Vocational training of migrant workers is to promote the rapid transfer of rural labor to urban cities to speed up the construction of urgently needed. With the accelerated process of urbanization, vocational training for migrant workers is inevitable, otherwise it would be part of the migrant workers in the market competition is eliminated and the edge in the job market, causing further inefficiency and unfair, and ultimately the formation of social and imbalance of economic development. So, how effective vocational training for migrant workers to solve the problems which effectively enhanced through training in vocational skills of migrant workers to become a very pressing issue.This paper found that China's current vocational training of migrant workers there are the following: migrant workers do not want to take part in vocational training; enterprises lack the vocational training of migrant workers; shortage of funds for vocational training; training institutions are not standardized, there took the opportunity to profit phenomenon; training quality, and expected returns is not obvious; training managers are inconsistent, showing overlapping management phenomena.
