Research On Civil Service Examination System Of Anshan City

In the early 1980s, along with the gradual development of reform and opening up, China's civil service examination system is gradually developing on the basic of the civil service system theory. In the study, the civil service examination system research has been used as the core of the civil service system, which is considered to promote the healthy development of China's civil service system, an integral part. And the Western developed countries'study began much earlier than China, therefore, many Western scholars who compare between the civil service examination system based on the construction will put the healthy development of China's civil service examination system into the study. However, different national conditions in China makes a huge civil service system can't find the pace of reform in one step, which must be the basis of our reality, continuing to explore suitable for China's civil service examination system.Based on the comprehensive analysis of research results, I use literature synthesis method, survey research, and case analysis method to make a comprehensive analysis of the civil service examination system in Anshan City. First of all, the civil service examination in Anshan City, on the basis of Situation Anshan City, summed up the civil service examination system characteristics and experience of the past few years; Secondly, the civil service examination system in Anshan City, based on the status of the proposed civil service examination in Anshan City, I put forward the problem; Finally according to the civil service examination system for the Anshan City, I put forward the solutions and corresponding suggestions.
