In today's society, the realization and protection of consumer's rights and interests has been a major legal issue in the market economy. The right to know as a precondition of fair dealing is a base right. With the popularity of internet, online purchase is developing overwhelmingly, which is a huge challenge to protect consumer's right to know. The issue this article inquiry is exactly under this background. Through analysis, comparison and other methods, this paper deeply studies on the conception of the right to know, the violation existing, the core protect system and the perfection of relative legal system in online shopping. It can be separated into the following four parts:The first part is the sketch of the right to know in online shopping. In this part, the author gave detailed boundaries of online purchase, net buys customer and the right to know, and then compared with the right to know in orthodox consumption, the author focused on analyzing the particularity of that in net shopping.The second part is the performances of violation of the right to know. The author used four typical cases which could reflect the different conditions in violation of the right to know to make a fundament for the next part.The third part is the analysis of the existing protection system. After introduced the legislative and judicial practice at home, the author discussed the systems of the disclosure of dealer's information, market access and certification, and the regulation of the electric contract, and raised further revision opinions by referring to successful experience in abroad.The forth part is study on how to perfect the whole legal system of protection of net buys consumer's right to know. The author gave concrete suggestions from legislation , enforcement and jurisdiction, and tried to realize the consumer's right to know.
