XX Research Forces The Grassroots Construction Performance Appraisal And Management System Design And Development

As high-tech military force, our informationization construction has been in the forefront of the army, but in basic unit construction evaluation we still use the traditional manual evaluation methods, which are unsystematic, low efficient, difficult to control and analyze. This article explores how to make the evaluation system of basic units systematic and electronic so as to improve the basic units'construction, enhance their enthusiasm to complete the task and sense of excellence in competition and to achieve the strategic objectives of development. Specific tasks are as follows:This paper introduces the development background and value of the scientific research army basic unit construction performance assessment management system.
