Exploration Of The Rural Public Goods Supply Mechanism

The rural public goods is not only the important part of rural economic and social development, but also the important material base of rural residents of daily life. Because China pay more attention to industrial and city's development but light agriculture, the rural public goods supply facing unprecedented predicament. Speed up the rural public goods supply mechanism construction becomes necessary, this is helpful for the rural economy and the development of society, help to improve the rural residents living environment, be helpful for our country's construction of new countryside, and is beneficial to the construction of a harmonious society goal realization. Now, China's rural public goods supply is faced with some problems such as, mainly including rural public goods supply mechanism is not reasonable, the rural public product supply shortage, low supply efficiency, the basic unit government in supply of responsibility is overweight, top-down supply mode existing drawbacks, countries pay less attention to support the construction of rural public goods. Expounds the mechanism of supply for reform related direction, and put forward some reform countermeasures and suggestions of rural public goods supply mechanism, Mainly includes:balanced governments at all levels in the rural public goods supply responsibility, balance of power between financing, reform the top-down supply modes, increase of the rural public goods support, and strengthen the rural public product supply legalization construction and improve the rural public product supply financial method. And perfecting our country after major natural disasters rural public goods supply mechanism to realize the rural economic and social development in a rapid and stable condition, speed up the construction progress of harmonious society in China.
