Marx and Habermas's State Theory are this paper's research contents. It compares the State Theory of both two after analyzing their State Theory respectively.Then it analys the inheritance,expansion and deviation of Marx's State Theory of Habermas.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction. This section explains the objective condition.theoretical foundation,reasons and significance of choosing this subject under the background of globalization.This part also contains the research achievement of Marx and Habermas's State Theory at home and abroad.the research ideas and innovation.the research methods and key points and difficulties.The second part is the research of Marx's State Theory. Through reading the Marx's classical literatures, the paper extracts the ideas which are scattered in different works.This part has five sections:the origin of the state.the relationship between the state and society.the state and proletarian dictatorship, legality of the state and the nation-state thought.The third part is the research of Habermas's State Theory. Habermas's State Theory research mainly focus on perfecting the rule of Capitalism.This part has five sections:the origin of the state.the relationship between the state and society,communicative power and administrative power, legality of the state and the nation-state thought.The fourth part is the comparative study of Marx and Habermas's State Theory. This part compares their theory from five sections:the rationale of the State Theory, the origin of the state.the relationship between the state and society, legality of the state, the nation-state thought.The last part is conclusion. The part has a overall summay about this paper.and discusses the reference of our socialist construction which Marx and Habermas's State Theory.
