Huang Zongxi is a great thinker of the Enlightenment in late Ming and early Qing. he has made great achicvements in political, economic, historical, cultural and other fields. His legal thinking focused on the "Ming Yi Dai Fang Lu". Any thinking is contact to the tine and background, Huang Zongxi is in the period of capitalist economy has been the initial development and the western culture gradually introduced into China, so his legal thinking has more concern on individual rights.Huang Zongxi' s legal thinking focuses on these areas:Basic theory of the law, Administrative law thought and Economic law. He advocated that people-based. The legislation is aimed at services for people. Against to de "law of a family" in Feudal society, he proposed the idea of "the law of the people". Faced with the drawbacks of the rule of man, he insisted on the rule of law.Huang Zongxi put forward the idea of democracy on the basic of traditional thought of people. And he also absorbed the advanced western idea of freedom and equality as the basic principal of the legislation.Also, Huang Zongxi's legal thoughts include official election. He insisted that industry and business are also impotent. Under this idea he made some system envisaged in economic. In selection of personncl,he think the government should open up the only road of examination.The advanced legal idea of Huang Zongxi has great impact on bourgeois revolution. It also has great influence on the socialist legal system construction. The main innovation point of this text is the further excavation about his Administrative law thought and made a summary of his economic ideas. Combined with the background of exemption of agricultural tax and the rule of law, analyst the contemporary value of his legal thoughts, hope to have some warming function.
