With the unity of the judicial examination system, the judicial examination system has leaded to people's reexamination and rethinking towards undergraduate legal education system. Especially, the issue that whether undergraduate legal education should center on judicial examination has became a hot topic among people accordingly. And different people have different views towards the issue. However, now that the unity of the judicial examination system is the objective product of social development and the foundation of service for society with an adequate legal system, it must be given thorough consideration and made to run through the whole process of undergraduate legal education. Currently almost all the universities and colleges wouldn't neglect it, no matter to what extent they value it. So the next step is how to make them join together coherently. So far there's been a lot of research findings for the problem, but approaches connecting teaching system and teaching content in undergraduate legal education and the judicial examination are much less. Therefore, based on the research of Guangxi Normal University, the paper analyses problems, searches for causes, raises questions, and further puts forward some recommendations concerning how to complete the paths connecting teaching system and teaching content in undergraduate legal education and the judicial examination.The paper includes five parts, namely the introduction, the three body parts and the ending. The introduction part of the paper presents the purpose of the selected topic and the current study situation home and abroad as well as significance. The main content of the three body parts is as follows:the first part is the current situation of the connection of teaching system and teaching content in undergraduate legal education and the judicial examination; the second part is the questionnaires about the effective connection of undergraduate education in Guangxi Normal University and the judicial examination as well as the analysis of them; the third part is the key part of the paper. It posts partially some suggestions concerning the paths connecting teaching system and teaching content in undergraduate legal education and the judicial examination.
