Constitutionals fundamental rights are the important content in constitution, it is not ignored that the status and function of fundamental rights in the science of constitution teaching. In this paper, the phenomenon and problems during the fundamental rights teaching are found and analyzed through the description of ideal fundamental rights teaching, in order to look for the optimal solutions to deal with these problems.The main problems during fundamental rights teaching were systematically researched in the following six aspects.The first part is theory analysis of fundamental rights teaching, which distinguishes the concept between fundamental rights and fundamental rights teaching and analysis their characters.The second part states the significance of fundamental rights teaching, in which significance on the cultivation of students, independence of the science of constitution and providing theoretical basis for the study of other departmental law are discussed respectively. The third part is the analysis of fundamental rights teaching instructional objective, which discuss the details of target insight and target awareness through classifying teaching target.The fourth part is the analysis of fundamental rights teaching content. First of all, the fundamental rights teaching content was analyzed from the viewpoint of postmodern perspective on knowledge, while the character of fundamental rights knowledge was analyzed too. Secondly, fundamental rights knowledge was classified. At last, the choice and structure of fundamental rights teaching content were discussed.The fifth part narrated fundamental rights teaching-methodology, which dissertate the advantages and disadvantages of case teaching method, lecture method, classroom discussion teaching method and self learning guidance method, and these methods are how to put in practice, respectively. The sixth part narrated the disadvantages in fundamental rights teaching practice, which show that the shortage focus on fundamental rights teaching, confusion relationship between fundamental rights teaching and research, reasonless fundamental rights teaching content and barren teaching method. Finally, five solutions to shortages mentioned above were proposed, i.e, constructing fundamental rights teaching system, developing teaching pattern combined instruction of learning with instruction of research, converting teacher role and utilizing assistant teaching measures. |
