The Ideological And Moral Quality Of Business Managers Studied On Context Of Economic Globalization

Historical trend of economic globalization is shocking every corner of the world. As globalization accelerates, dramatic changes come to enterprise manager's values, thinking way and behavior way. The traditional moral ideas are strongly impacted and enterprise manager's moral and ethical education experience are suffering unprecedented confusion and tests. In this wave of development of the times, how to grasp and improve enterprise manager's morals and advance his moral sentiment so as to help them get out of the moral conflict and confusion is a challenging topic of the times.Economic globalization brings opportunities and challenges to the enterprise as well as far-reaching influence to the enterprise manager's moral qualities.
