| Food safety is a major event involving people's livelihood, but also the public health problems every country is bound to solve. Although the level of China's economy in recent years has been enhanced, and people's living standards sanitary conditions is improving, food borne diseases remain a threat on people's lives. Party and state leaders have been attached great importance to food safety, because food safety is directly related to people live and work, national economic development and proliferation and existence of human, but in recent years, frequent food safety accidents had to let us reflect on why our country which attached great importance to food safety control, but in which food safety problems always happen.This article attempts to discuss and analyze China's food safety regulatory issues in the view point of improving the legal system of China's food safety regulatory aspect.Introduction focuses primarily on targeted measures since ancient times taken by our country and by various dynasties in regulation and supervision of food safety issues.The first chapter states mainly through China's food safety regulatory status and existing problems, the need for improving food safety supervision legal system, to the existing problems in the legal, standards, credit, and existing certification and accreditation system of food safety field. The second chapter introduces the United States, Japan and the European Union and other countries and regions achieve to distinctively circumvent problems arising from food safety through the legislation protect, strengthen supervision and implementation of distinctive national regulatory measures.In Chapterâ…¢, by comparing of measures in the food safety field taken by the United States, Japan and the European Union, China could learn to reject the dross and assimilate the essence, and walk a food safety supervision road in line with China's practicality through reform and innovation.In a word, the author borrowed term "continuous improvement" in the ISO9000, hope our legal system in food safety regulation can continue to improve. |
