In the 5.12 Wenchuan earthquake, the volunteers constituted a very important part of rebuilding in the disaster areas. And they also played an essential role in guaranteeing stability and social-relation rebuilding in Wenchuan. This thesis selected 73 volunteers as research objects and discussed the structure of working satisfaction degree of volunteers in post-disaster reconstruction of Wenchuan through the questionnaire investigation. And the thesis also investigated the relationship between working satisfaction degree and influencing factors of volunteers through two-factor theory. The results of the research shows:First, a volunteer in post-disaster reconstruction of Wenchuan region overall medium to high job satisfaction, which led to the most satisfying volunteer work volunteer work factor is to bring a sense of accomplishment and good interpersonal skills, volunteer work led to the factors that are most dissatisfied with the work Environment and personal development and promotion.Second, the demographic information and working satisfaction degree of volunteers existed influences as follows:working satisfaction degree of female volunteers was higher than male volunteers; married volunteers were higher than unmarried; Working satisfaction degree with age showed a negative correlation; education level of staff and working satisfaction degree was significantly negatively correlated; working satisfaction degree and years of volunteer work showed a "U" type curve.According to this article, the disaster Hou Wenchuan region on how to improve job satisfaction of volunteers made the following recommendations:1, a rich form of incentive to improve the volunteer's personal capacity development; 2, rich in emotional motivation, the energy of excitation; 3, Jian Li reasonable and effective investigation mechanism for performance; 4, establish a people-oriented, Hou Wenchuan disaster areas to improve the working environment for volunteers; 5, strengthen the incentive constraint at the same time establish a sound mechanism.
