Exploration Of The Incentive Mechanism Of Community Volunteers From The Perspective Of Two-factor Theory

The community is the cell of the city and an important part of the city.Effectively solving various problems arising in the process of urbanization and comprehensively promoting community building are inseparable from the extensive participation of volunteers.With its characteristics and advantages of commonweal,welfare and free services,community volunteer service plays a significant role in maintaining social stability,balancing interest relations and promoting harmonious interpersonal relationship,and becomes a significant component of the social public service supply system.But,compared with the volunteer service activities of large-scale events in China,the community volunteer service faces the dilemma of small volunteer team,single staff structure,low participation,low professionalism and low service level.The imperfection of the incentive mechanism is the crux of the volunteers' lack of enthusiasm and lack of sustained motivation.Therefore,how to improve the incentive mechanism of urban community volunteer service has gradually become the focus of social and academic circles.It needs to use appropriate incentives to attract more people to join the volunteer service work.The two-factor theory just provides us with such a path to study the incentive strategy.Based on detailed research on relevant theoretical and practical research at home and abroad,combined with demand theory,two-factor theory and third-party assisted governance theory,using literature analysis,comparative research and questionnaire survey,according to the actual situation of Cuixi community,Wangyi district,Tongchuan city,the status quo and main problems of incentive factors and health care factors in the incentive mechanism of volunteer service are analyzed,and the successful measures and experience of some developed countries in promoting the development of community volunteer service are introduced.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the health care function of the incentive mechanism and strengthening the incentive function are proposed.
