The relations of hegemony and the international system is an important subject in the study of international relations. After the Cold War, the United States became the only superpower. The United States has entered a new global strategy period. The international system of hegemony became an important part of the strategy of U.S. hegemony. In this paper the characteristics of the international system, operation mechanism and the effect of a comprehensive analysis to demonstrate the international system to the international influence at the national strength and even world hegemony into the important role. An overview of the relationship between the United States in the establishment, to dominate the international system and to achieve hegemony, the U.S. system of hegemony, and during the analysis of the causes and significance. In this paper start from the perspective of the international system and the hegemony of the United States, the United States to strengthen the institutional hegemony of reason and strategic intent, and George W.
