Legal Countermeasures, Industrial Structure Adjustment

For a long time, an important problem in China's economic development is the development of the instability, and the imbalance of industrial structure is an important reason for it. It needs legal protection in the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure:the law of industrial structure, the law of industrial organization, the law of industrial technology, the law of industrial distribution. Law protection is the direct driving force of industrial transformation. So it has the significant guiding sense to analyze the law role in the industrial structure adjustment, and according to the function mechanism between the two and through the combining and infiltration between industrial economics and financial fields to study law countermeasure in the road of industry and finance combined, for industrial structure and adjusting and upgrading, the better development of law itself and promoting economy to develop healthy and continuously. Use the research ways of standardize analysis and empirical analysis, comparative analysis of law, and combination of theory and practice, to analyze the inherent mechanism that the law acts on the combination of theory and practice, to analyze the inherent mechanism that the law acts on the industrial structure, define the function of the law in industrial structure adjustment and point out the requirements for law development of industrial structure adjustment at present of our country. Through analyzing the problems in the industrial structure adjustment in our country, we can see it main contains the range that the law supports is needs to be further improved. Therefore, this article proposed the development countermeasure of the law in the industrial structure adjustment of our country. About the law policy, we should make the law policy(comprehensive and individual ones to cover all industrial sectors) and industrial policy coordinated, and regional economy and private economy got more and more support, to achieve the purpose of industrial structure adjustment.
