Optimized Design On Teachers' Performance Measurement System Of Guangdong SD Vocational College

As the rapid development of reform and open and market economy, the level of industrialization heightened gradually, high-skilled talents needs expanded continuously, so it was urgent to advance fostering the high-skilled talents. To satisfy the society demand, higher vocational and technical education became gradually one important part of high education. As chief support of higher vocational and technical education, teacher affected the educating quality of high-skilled talents. Diathesis of teachers affected direct teaching, research and quality of talents. To improve diathesis of teachers and promote enthusiasm, we took different ways to appraise ability of teachers objectively, which needed one performance measurement system which was rational and scientific.At present, most of the performance measurement system for the higher vocational and technical teachers was too simple. Firstly, it did not explore the potential and mobilize the initiative for the teachers. Moreover, many teachers did not publish any article and get any item. So, according to the importance of higher vocational and technical, for the present situation of teachers, it was very important to study the performance measurement about the teachers for the higher vocational colleges.This paper started from the realistic survey, and investigated the degree of satisfaction of performance measurement of teachers about the Guangdong SD vocational & technical colleges by the background, present situation and performance measurement system. This essay analyzed the present situation and issue, and found the reason, and put forward one new performance measurement system to fit Guangdong vocational & technical college by interview and quantity and statistic analysis, so that supplied suggestion for perfecting the performance measurement about vocational & technical college teachers.
