Performance appraisal plays a vital role in the development of enterprises and institutions and is a more effective management method in human resource management.The scope of application of performance management is constantly expanding.The important aspect of performance appraisal management in universities is faculty.The management of faculty should be combined with the school ' s discipline construction,the school's talent training goals,and the school's teaching research development plan.Targeted management design to ensure the quality of school teaching and provide strong management guarantee and support for the overall development of higher vocational colleges.The talent training mode and teaching mode of higher vocational colleges are different from those of higher education institutions,so there are also differences in the management focus of teachers.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must form effective performance assessments that adapt to the education training model.Methods to provide guidance for teachers' job responsibilities,job content,and job goals.This article takes the theory of human resource management and performance management as the research foundation,selects M Engineering Vocational College as the research object,adopts field visits,survey interviews and questionnaire research methods to form a comprehensive survey and analysis of the school ' s teacher performance appraisal,through analysis Draw the current problems of the school in the performance appraisal management,and analyze the reasons for the problems.In terms of problems,the school's teacher performance evaluation mainly has problems such as irrational design of the evaluation system,lack of a complete evaluation index system,imperfect supervision,and unscientific application.It mainly focuses on teacher performance management plan,performance management implementation,performance management assessment,communication feedback and results application.Improve the existing problems in the original performance appraisal link,and combine the teaching management characteristics of M Engineering Vocational College and the direction of professional training to form a characteristic performance appraisal management system.Combining the problems,establish correct concepts,optimize the evaluation index system,improve the supervision system and strengthen rational use.In order to improve teachers' teaching and practical ability,provide scientific assessment and management system support for the development and construction of colleges and departments,so as to improve the human resource management level of M engineering professional students,adapt to the talent training goals of contemporary vocational education,and realize the common development of teaching and management.Through the research of this article,we hope to provide some effective suggestions for the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and the improvement of school education and teaching management quality.
