The New Curriculum As The Ideological And Political Education In The Domain Of Geographic Teaching

Education is to respect for human development, and the development of human involved in moral,intelligence,physical, art,labor, and moral education is the core of the development. the ideological and political education is the important means to realize the development of moral, and it is also the guiding ideology of other subjects. the ideas of the students in high school stages grow to maturity gradually, and they set up their world outlook, outlook on life and values. Therefore, high school education should focus on the ideological and political education. the new course reformation is not only in the change of knowledge and structure, what is more important is that new through the implementation to realize the overall development of people. Thus in junior and senior school, political and ideological reforming is urgently required.Geography in middle school is a basic subject involved in extensive social knowledge and is also the base of ideological and political education. The aim of the implement the education of ideological and political is to foster students sentiments to love their own country and hometown. Besides, it also trains up students'scientific attitude and cultural values and helps form the wariness of international cooperation and global view. These all form the basis of the students'setting up correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. At the same time, to correct the mistake—mark is everything, to avoid paying more attention to the marks of the subject .stick to the educational concept-- people oriented.,This subject attaches importance to ideological and political education under the guidance of the new curriculum reform. Through the further studies of ideological and political and philosophy in geography classes in middle school, I divide the dissertation into three parts. the first part is about the relationship between geography teaching and ideological and political education and clarifies the emphasis of the ideological and political education in geography teaching.
