Study On Educational Research Ability Of High School Sports Teacher In 4 Districts Of Dalian

In the background of the new curriculum reform and the promotion of the quality education, "physical education and health course standard" noted that the aims to improve the students' abilities of the autonomous learning, exploring learning and cooperative learning, pay attention to teachers play a leading role, at the same time, to establish students' subject status, respect students' feelings and needs, give full play to students' learning enthusiasm and cultivate students' innovative spirit. The teachers' roles have changed from the knowledge transmitter to the knowledge guide, which means that the demand of the teacher's professional attainment is higher and higher. In the new curriculum reform, what the teachers do can make them not be eliminated, how can the teachers make the students use their potential fully, which require teachers to improve their professional attainment, and also means that to improve scientific research ability of the teachers can lead them to a better future in the new curriculum reform. Suhomlinski said, "if you want to make teaching bring some fun to the teachers, and the teaching are not becoming a tedious obligation, you should guide each teachers engaged in the research which is a happy way". This paper uses literature, questionnaire, interview method,4 areas inside city of Dalian to investigate the general high school sports teacher's basic situation, scientific research consciousness, the development situation, post-career learning situation. The survey found out that most teachers in education scientific research consciousness is very strong and they also realize that the education scientific research for teaching is promoting other related content of teaching. But in the actual operation process, because the teachers lack of the hardware facilities, scientific research consciousness and theoretical standard, it leads to teachers in the development situation is not very good.According to the problems from the survey, this paper offers some suggestions, including enhancing the education research in the teachers' heart status, strengthening teachers training dynamics, the corresponding hardware facilities, and improving the evaluation mechanism.
