Since 2006, the Curriculum Reform of Chinese elementary education has been carried out throughout Tianjin high schools. According to Senior High Technology Curriculum Standards (IT) by Ministry of Education, teaching objectives are set to improve students'information literacy, and what's more, that is also regarded as a standard of being qualified citizens. It is clearly clarified that we should pay more attention to the construction of senior high IT curriculum resources.As far as the subject is concerned, there is a conflict between the invariance of textbooks and fast development of Hi-tech, which results in students losing interests in learning the subject. The speed of teachers professional skills' improvement is always lower than that of the updating of softwares. Teachers and students are sometimes both beginners when facing some new technology. All of these do affect the reform of teaching and evaluation. As a result, developing and applying curriculum resources plays a key role in teaching IT. It helps to carry out the curriculum, make teachers more professional, and encourage students to take part in activities in class more actively.Learning based on new Internet technology can create good learning environment for students. A large quantity of information, study materials, tools and other digital resources make up a learning platform on network, where learners can freely choose their own contents to learn, schedule and partners, which increases the possibility of cultivating students'information literacy. Moodle is an open-source course management system based on social constructivism. It works with the function to organise, present, manage and evaluate a course and its teaching procedures. It devotes to supporting teaching with IT, and providing students with information environment, which can really lead to effective teaching.This thesis is an applied researh on resources construction of senior high IT curriculum based on Moodle, which focuses on selecting and loading the most suitable Moodle system in Tianjin high schools, and its design and application as well. The research helps to understand Moodle better, which can be spaceless, open, sharable, interavtive and cooperative, etc. It offers teachers a good tool, and provides students with a perfect learning environment. It encourages students to learn life-long, covers all the students, and meets all students'needs. What's more, teachers and students can exchange ideas and cooperate on Moodle, and thus teaching goals can be effectively fulfilled.
