With the rapid development of modern educational technology, there was a newway of teaching and learning in the education reform of new century. Blendedlearning is to generate the awareness of the limitations of E-learning and traditionalclassroom situations can not be replaced. Blended learning is to take the advantages oftraditional learning and network learning together. How Blended teaching andresearch carried out in teaching practice of our front-line teachers has a very importantpractical significance.According to the actual situation of our students, combined with thecharacteristics of the teachers and students in IT Fundamentals, the author exploresthe application of Blended learning model in computer teaching. According to theactual teaching, the author gradually applies Blended learning teaching modethroughout the teaching experiment, and and made some attempt and research in thisfield. Under the blended learning theory, we analyzed the blended learning designprocess of "IT Fundamentals" in high school curriculum. And at the help of theMoodle learning platform, we developed Hybrid Online Course.The paper is divided into six chapters:Chapter I, analyzes the background and significance of the study, summarizes thestatus of the Blended learning research at home and abroad, defined the objectives,contents and methods of research, and put forward the innovation of this research.Chapter II, the main content is the theoretical basis of the blended learning andit’s support environment. Firstly expounds the basic knowledge of blended learning,analysis of the teaching theory of blended learning and blended learning teachingmode. This article is advocated under the guidance of the theory, change thetraditional teaching concepts and models. Chapter III, we elaborated a blended learning instructional design of "ITFundamentals" course, we also have prepared the teaching objectives, designed thecurriculum of a series of teaching activities.Chapter IV, theoretically analyzes the application of the blended learning modelin senior middle school. Firstly the author analyzes the objectives and principles ofblended learning and then specifically describes the senior middle school computerteaching group blended learning teaching strategy and proposes specificimplementation process and evaluation methods in order to apply blended learning tocomputer teaching.Chapter V, firstly designs scheme of the teaching practice. According to thespecific implementation of the design in a few classes, this chapter enumerates severalrepresentative teaching cases.Chapter VI, summarizes the conclusions of the experimental study abd the entireexperimental process of reflection to further research and exploration in the futurework.The main purpose of this study is to construct the blended learning frameworkusing Moodle learning platform by many frontline teachers through the actionresearch. In this paper, using the Moodle learning platform to carry out the blendedlearning in Information Technology Teaching of high school,to explore the mode ininstructional design and implementation process in teaching practice of thecourse.This article is mainly to carry on research from the level of teaching practice,to explore the hybrid online course of "IT Fundamentals" in high school curriculumusing the Moodle platform and provide experience and examples for the majority ofhigh school teachers in information technology.
