Teacher training is a indemnificatory and basic project in the construction of primary and secondary school teachers, which is of great significance for comprehensive implementation of quality education, the new curriculum reform, improving the quality of education and thereby advancing the cause of education, nice and fast development. Facing the new course, many teachers are at a loss due to their limited quality and ability. Therefore, in order to implement the concept in the New Curriculum Reform, improving their professional capacity constantly becomes the most fundamental insurance and we must strengthen the training of new courses. Teacher training is an important link to the quality of education, especially after New Curriculum Reform standards is implemented. Making teachers master the concept in the New Curriculum Reform involves whether New Curriculum Reform can succeed or not. With the further implementation of New Curriculum Reform and the steady enhancement of social demand for education level and talents, at present, some problems on curriculum contents, patters and ways, assessing and evaluation exist in the New Curriculum Reform training of primary and secondary school teachers, which can not meet primary and secondary school teachers'actual needs in the course of their teaching and are not adapt to their professional development and sustainable development. Enhancing the efficiency of training, leading the teachers' professional development, promoting New Curriculum Reform, which is an urgent and difficult task for teacher training institute.In order to settle the problems of weak pertinence and low efficiency in the training of primary and secondary school teachers and achieve "effective teacher training",we need to consider the problem of project design, curriculum settle, pattern use, management mode and so on from a system view on the whole. We can achieve the efficiency from the object, contents, methods, organization of training and management e.g. Combining my own experiences, this article choose training idea, training contents, training mode, training teachers and training evaluation five parts to study the reasons which result in the missing of the efficiency in the teacher training of primary and secondary school teachers. The writer puts forward the feasible suggestions on improving the efficiency of teacher training by looking over many documents, observing in the work and communicating with the trainees who are teachers form primary and secondary school.
