The class is the basic unit of the education, is a student in school life and learning grassroots organizations, formed unity, cooperation, hard-working, enterprising spirit of class spirit to the growth of the students and teaching goal.All has the extremely vital significance. For students especially body and soul in sharp developing and changing of junior middle school students are concerned, good class can give their growth provides incentives, guidance, supervision and other functions. constantly adjust self behavior and inspire them for all-round development, with practical spirit and innovation ability.The current in managing a class exists in three types:namely "nanny type", "ZhuanZhiXing" and "laissez-faire", because of the lack of scientific theory as the guide, the teacher in charge works universal existence of subjectivity, capriciousness, ignore students' subjectivity, suppresses the students' independent ability to play, go against the class overall development and overall quality of training. The author, by existing class management, the research of the current situation that class target management is a kind of active management mode. Target management is a kind of advanced management system, in the modern enterprise management because of its fruitful highly respected, application in school class management, also can achieve good results, implement comprehensive quality education correspondence today the concept.Class goal management, actively guide students in their efforts to chieve target, thereby promoting the morality, intelligence and physique, us, fatigue arious aspects coordinated development features of the class management ethods. In short, it is to use target continuously strive to encourage the students in a science class management methods.Class target management practice, the improvement of students' quality, first class contruction starting from scratching, because good ban feng for realizing the aim of providing a good environment, target management can make in our work, we do have a wers, grasps the work initiative, causes the class and grade work have layers to unfold, can achieve higher purpose, the author through years of class target administration attempt the good result is achieved. According to the target; management theory, combined with secondary class features, class target management can be divided into three steps:class target constructs, the goal of implementation and control, target achievement evaluation. Class implement objective management helps to cultivate students' ideological and political quality; moral qualities and psychological quality, helps to improve students' comprehensive quality and comprehensive ability. Let the student in self learning, and self management, ego education of the growth ability.
