Research On The Target Integrated Management Of The Primary And Middle School Construction Project Management System Based On WBS Technology

In 2004,the State Council promulgated the "decision on the reform of investment system"(Guo Fa [2004] No.20),mainly to solve the problem of government investment in the implementation of the non operating project agent system mode.After the earthquake in Wenchuan in 2008,the State Council has further raised the standards for the construction of primary and secondary schools,accelerate the application of agent construction system in the construction of primary and secondary schools.However,in the actual construction process of the construction system of the primary and middle school,there are still some problems,such as health,environmental protection,sustainable resources,and other factors are not considered.In order to solve this problem,the paper deeply study the content of the project management system of the primary and middle school through the actual case analysis and field research and other methods,construct the evaluation and optimization model of the goal integration management system of the primary and middle schools.The main results of this paper are as follows:0n the basis of consulting the domestic and foreign literature,through the traditional construction mode and agent construction mode of comparative analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of agent construction system are obtained.Then combined with the characteristics of primary and secondary school buildings,put forward the research on the goal integration management of the primary and middle school system construction project management system.According to the characteristics of primary and secondary school and similar engineering experience,six goals that affect the integration management of project objectives are selected;Through the WBS technology for six targets further subdivided into 31 indicators,and on the basis of this,the evaluation system of the target integrated management system of the primary and middle school was built.And based on fuzzy evaluation theory build primary and secondary schools target Integrated Management Evaluation Model,which provides the theoretical basis for the selection of the target program.Research on the principle of system reliability and information entropy,the goalintegration management optimization method of primary and middle schools was proposed,and set up the project target integrated management optimization model of the primary and secondary schools.Finally,combined with the actual case of Dong Yang middle school in Liuyang City,it is proved that the method is practical and can be applied to other projects.
